Expect to pay from 50 to 100 bucks for a used stock exhaust in good condition. Hang at the motocross track one weekend and ask some of the EX racers. I'm sure they have the stock ones lying around that you could most likely get real cheap.
If you still want a power advantage, run the DG header with the stock silencer. It is noticable over the stock header. In most cases, this will make more power than if you had the complete aftermarket exhaust in place because most don't give you enough backpressure to give you any low end torque.
The larger aftermarket header will allow it to flow freely in the upper RPMs while still maintaining enough backpressure to keep your low end.
If you can't find an exhaust anywhere, holler at me in a PM. I have several complete systems like new lying around in the shop.
