400EX Help!!!

I've heard many people talking about the 400ex models have many problems like most new quads. please!!, could someone tell me what they are so i will know what to watch out for.
also, if a 400EX and a banshee drag race down a highway, say, the 400EX driver is a very skilled driver and the banshee man isn't that good (ex. clutch work, holding in powerband....) do you think the 400EX could lead for about a half mile or so?? need to know, gonna line em' up this weekend. feel the pressure!!
oh yeah, i've already adjusted the throttle thing so you don't have to tell me.

I havent had any problems with my 99 400EX. As for the drag race if you guys are gonna race on pavement he would have to be a terrible rider for you to even lead more than 50 feet. I dont think my 400EX is slow but a banshee is much faster in a drag especially when it will hook up like on pavement.
