What to torqe clutch bolts to for a 400?

You just snug them down. Don't crank on em, they will break. Probably in the 10# range or less. I broke one on my R, couldn't find any specs, so I tried 20# and it spun the head right off before the torque wrench "clicked"

i looked in my service manual and it doesn't give the specs for those particular bolts. the manual does give specs for the different size bols found on the bike. here they are as writen in the manual. (note that the size, in millimeters, is measured at the shank of the bolt not at the bolts head.)
5mm bolt and nut 3.6 lbf-ft
6mm bolt and nut 7 lbf-ft
8mm bolt and nut 16 lbf-ft
10mm bolt and nut 25 lbf-ft
12mm bolt and nut 40 lbf-ft
6mm flange bolt (8mm head, small flange) 6.5 lbf-ft
6mm flange bolt (8mm head, large flange) 9 lbf-ft
6mm flange bolt (10mm head) and nut 9 lbf-ft
8mm flange bolt and nut 20 lbf-ft
10mm flange bolt and nut 29 lbf-ft
in the breakdown drawing of the clutch the bolt appears to be the "6mm bolt and nut". i hope that was some help.
