I have a new rancher with 17 hours on it. I can drive it 1 mile at 35 mph(at night) and the exhaust coming out of the head is bright orange from the head back about 4 inches. I took it in for its first service and they said they saw no problem. They also said they didn't know why its glowing. It runs ok but I don't think this is right. Has anyone else noticed this?

something is definetly not right if it is getting hot enough to light a cigarette off of something is surely wrong. I am no mechanic but do you think maybe the fuel mixture is to rich...hope you find out whats wrong with it.
