over the weekend I took my ruby over to bend oregon where we did some trail rideing and got bored with that, seen grey butte off in the distance peaking at over 5,000 feet so we floored it towards the hill. We stayed on the service road the entire way but it was by no mean a wimp road as it was steep with shale. I was floored with my Girlfreind on back only breaking 20MPH at best (she is only 120 lbs guys) Outside temp was over 100 and when we got the top i let the rubi idle to cool down for a few min then turned it off to here the fan run for another 10 minutes before shutting off! Thought it was going to drain the battery but it didnt. later that day (satureday) i broke 1000 miles with the ruby running perfectly.. I shut if off in gear on a steep hill for additional breaking and i did here a grind for a moment though, hopefully nothing serious.
