Well just wondering what the hp is of a 250r because may buy this nice one. I hope its more than a raptor? And what can I do to it to make wodds ready or racer?

 

All Fourtrax Rs had 36-38 at the flywheel. Rearwheel, I don't know. Less than a Raptor, certainly.

 

Stock it's only about 2-3 HP less than the Raptor, but the R weighs about 70lb less.

 

trade in, if teh r's a good deal, get it!. hp numbers are a few less than your raptor, but it only weighs 330lbs. and will smoke your/any raptor through the woods or trails, might fall behind a few bike legnths in a drag, but it's worth it
