Buddy did a correct plug chop (as I wasn't) and found after going from a #148 stock (main jet) to a #140, it was LEAN! The plug looked brand new after we pulled it out... So I put the #148 back. I used that link some have sent over, and used the chart they posted to calculate the correct jet. They said to go with a #137, I am so glad I bumped it up a little. Buddy said to leave the #148 there, and reduce the piolet jet (idle jet) for when kids ride it, thats why it is rich after they ride it. He said I would even think about even going up on the main jet and going down on the idle jet.
