300EX in snow
#2
my 300ex has 22 in maxxis sur tracks and it does great. i was very suprised at how well it does actually. I wouldnt be scared to take in snow up to a foot deep.i think since the front is so light that that is why it does so good

ex_master...I have Pure Sport Realtors on my 300ex and never have a problem in the snow or in the mud. I wouldn't trade them for any other tire. Blackwaters are also good in the snow, but they're much heavier.

My 2000 300EX is completely stock with the stock tires. I rode it in about six inches of snow and wasn't very impressed. The bike did move, just not as fast as I would of liked, I guess I was used to a 300 fourtrax 2X4. It should be better with aftermarket tires on it.
