I have been looking at some forums and it comes to my attention that the polaris boys think that they are going to surpass the Honda's in sales and reliabilty, i find this amusing! Please enlighten me with what you Honda guys think, please no polaris boys. after all this is a honda forum. thank you!

Yeah, right! Maybe if Honda bought out all the old quads, and three wheelers, stopped all production of current quads, and changed all the tooling in the factories to make nothing but polaris, I could see Polaris taking over in about 20 years.

 

Polaris will never, I repeat NEVER surpass Honda in reliability.

Who knows about sales, though, because Polaris seems to advertise more. It isn't like everyone that walks into a dealership is an informed buyer. (If they were, I don't think Polaris would sell as many as they have). Sheep! Baaaaaahhhhh!

BTW- how does that 300EX chassis handle with the CR500 powerplant?

 

I have owned about every brand except bomarader and artic cat.. If I wanted a seriouly fast sport quad with great suspention and didnt mind repairs, Id buy a polais.. but Honda all the way for me since quality is #1! but, honda's parts are priced like gold.. $75 for a rear sprocket on my 200SX

For $75 you might as well invest in a set of Sidewinder sprockets and chain.

 

I looked everywhere for aftermarket.. orderd 2 differnt brands and neither would fit.. Checked everywhere. Nothing If anyone can find aftermarket please let me know 86' honda 200SX quad.. the SX is very important as i found out. Thanks Joe

 

Haven't you seen any of the Sidewinder ads in the magazines? Have you tried them yet?

 

Who thinks Polaris will surpass Honda? Simple- all of the polaris owners. They think that Polaris will probably outsell Ford motor company in the near future as well.
