I went for my first ride yesterday since my quad was in hibernation over winter. But anyway I ran a new 14 tooth counter sprocket and what a difference it made. The 300EX isn't the fastest or most powerful machine out there but it's a great machine. If any 300EX owners want a $15 mod that will make a noticeable change, try a 14 tooth counter sprocket. I lost no bottom end that I can tell, the bike pulls just as hard in every gear but pulls it longer. Can't wait to ride again!!!
