Im getting ready to sell my 300ex and I need to replace my plastic. I have never messed with plastic so I need some help. Maier sells a one piece fender and an add on fender. What is the difference and what does the add on fender come with?

 

Maier sells race plastic, and regular plastic. If you buy the race cut front end, and want to add the fenders, you can. The fender kit comes with two front fenders, that you have to drill and bolt on. That is what I did, and I am happy with it, although I wish I had just bought the regular plastic to begin with.

 

Go with UFO. It is the quality of stock (shiny finish), and not much more than Maier. Maier offers more colors, but UFO colors match factory.
