Just wanted to let everyone know that it is possible to install all 3 projector style headlights from a Rubicon 500 on a Forman 450. The difference in both appearance and lighting ability is amazing!!

The upper light is a bolt in affair, only requiring a wiring harness adapter to be fabricated from Male and Female crimp connectors, and a little heat shrink tubing.

Installing both lower lights required trimming of the light opening with a dremel tool, and 1 slight modification to the existing mounting bracket, namely removing a little material from the bottom of the cup. The 2 tabs on top of the new lights were also removed. The stock plug was cut off, and 3 mini female spade connectors soldered in place. You could also purchase the correct connector if you want, and a quick check with a milti meter will tell you which wires are which.

If you like I can check my notes in the garage and post the colour code for the wires, and the pin sequence for the new bulbs.

Next plan of attack will be finding and purchasing xenon super white bulbs to maximize this upgrade.
