Does anybody know if there is a kit for the 2002 – 2003 Honda Rubicon for True 4-Wheel Drive? If so, will this work with the Trax-Locks that already comes on it (shift from 2x4 to 4x4 Button???)? One more thing, is the ride on the Rubicon close to the Polaris’ ride?

My point is I love the Automatic, True 4-Wheel Drive and the soft ride on my Polaris 500 but I hate the belt because of slippage in water and all the grease fittings. I experienced the belt slipping a few weeks ago. Would not move for nothing until it dried out.

I am looking at a Green 500 Rubicon to replace the 500 Polaris but I don’t like the 3-wheel drive. Sorry guys. But I do like the reliability and the torque of the Honda.

Any and all input on this would be greatly appreciated.

one more thing, you can't shift a Rubicon in and out of 4wd. It is in 4wd all the time.

You are looking for the Detroit Gearless Locker from High Lifter: http://www.highlifter.com/store/detroitlocker.html

If you want 2wd, then they have an Un-Locker: http://www.highlifter.com/store/unlocker.html

I have both on my Rubicon and love them.
