LOL! I like some of Honda's styling but I hate the gear ratios and they are a bitch to start in the winter time.

Never have had any trouble starting my Hondas in the winter. Up north here it gets -30 to -40 degrees in the winter, and we use the Hondas every day to do chores. As a matter of fact there are features on the 450 Foreman and the Rancher specifically for cold weather, such as the primer button, and the carburetor heater coil. I have had my old Big Red (82 ATC200E)for 10 years and have never had trouble with it in cold weather.

Now that was really uncalled for, funny all the same, but uncalled for.

Got a clue for you anti-Honda'ers, don't look in the Honda forum if you don't want to hear about Honda's....

Simply amazing, racing a 400EX and you have to replace some parts with specialized racing equipment. How weird.

My "old" 300EX has made many people on more expensive equipment, look silly while doing fast trail rides. And I don't even have a cool jersey..LOL

I did'nt know much about four wheelers till about 6 years ago. until that time i had a old honda 50 moped i used to ride with the three wheelers. i paid $100 rode it death for 6 years and sold it for $100. when i got interested in atv's a friend advised me to always buy honda. that was some of the best advice regarding atv's i have gotton. i have since owned 12 atv's starting with a 1982 200s and slowly working my way up by buying and reselling to a better machine. i had two trx 300's till about 6 months ago when i finally sold one of them and had enough to buy my first new four wheeler. a 4x2 rancher es. what a ride! we live next to a lake and mud flats, so each time we ride the machine gets a workout. the rancher goes through mud like a long legged girl. it has to be really bad to get stuck.so far the rancher has been as bullet proof as the trx300. i still have one of my 300's it hard to let go of such a good machine. i told my wife i would give it to her for an anniversary present. how many wives get a $3000 gift for their anniversary? needless to say she was'nt amused. if a honda dos'nt start its either out of gas or needs a sparkplug. its hard to find another machine that works that good.
