You will be very happy with the CR, the 125 is plenty. Its a real screamer and as far as the 99 model I think the only faster stock bike was the YZ. I just got rid of a CR250 this summer, I want another 125 its easier to handle and has enough power for the trails. Thats a good deal being the CR cost alot more than the blaster. My 91 CR125 cost $3600 new. Good Luck .
