but ya a high compression piston and some porting would be a good idea and new cam

 

110 octane and the stock piston and compression?? Use the correct grade gas and you'll gain some more horsepower. 92 octane max.

i am also looking for some more power, but i only need advice on pipes, specificly more power without the sound. I already have basically a straight pipe and its just too loud for where i ride. i would like to have the sound level as close to the stock db rating as possible

yeah, that does help a lot, im thinking about the yoshi pipe now, the pipe i have now,other4 than the stocker, is sitting in the basement, a dg crome full system. just too loud
