That court's definition of assault rifles includes guns sold as sporting and self-defense pieces in this state. I guess the good news is that there are lots of state governments and courts that view the 2nd amendment as an individual right. Here in the land of the Columbine shootings, many hunt and shoot for sport. Gun laws have not been restricted further since Columbine, except for requiring the federal yellow sheet background check for all gun sales at gun shows. I don't always agree with the NRA, but their motto of Enforce existing gun laws instead of making new ones that also won't be enforced, that imakes good sense. Don't you think?

The ninth circuit court of appeals is so far left libera that they ought be throw out and shot. They have really screw up some of the cases they have made.

They must be smokin doppie since they are locate in SF area where as it popular to smoke it...... They don't give a SH_T at all to anybody beside their own little hole or world they live in....

don't worry, the 9th circuit has the highest rate of overturned cases...something like 85%..

 

So why they have the highest turnover case. to me they just don't do their job very well IMO!

 

I'm sorry, but when refering to the 9th court, you should refer to it as a CIRCUS court and not a circuit court. As most of their decision reaching has absolutely NOTHING to do with the law, it is closer to a three ring circus than anything resembling juris prudence. These clowns try to make law from the bench and use emotionalism, not interpret the law according to precedence which is their mandate. Don't worry, it'll get shot down in flames

 

I think it would be better for all if Kalifornia and the 9th fed circus would declare independance from the union and become it's own country then they could be a bunch of liberal socialists and all the other clowns could move there too. I'm just afraid that disease has already spread up here to the Portland area.
