Default 250R RIMS SIZE

A friend of mine just bought a 87 250R, my question is what is the rim size for this model and do all Honda ATV's have the same bolt pattern. I know that there is a difference between Yamaha and Honda.

Thanks for the feed back guys..

I believe the fronts were 10 x 5 with 21 x 5 x 10 tires, and the rears were 9 x 10 with 20 x 10 x 9 tire stock, and the wheels were gold. Been a while since I had stock wheels and I don't have my manual handy to verify.
You can swap wheels from an R to an EX, including the 300EX, but they won't fit a Yamaha without modification.

All honda sport atv's (250r, 250x, 300ex, 400ex) use the 4/110 bolt pattern on the rear. The 200x, 350x, 250r atcs also use 4/110 rear. The 87 250x also used this pattern on the front. All other honda sport atvs (including 88-up 250x) use 4/144 front pattern.
Yamaha uses 4/156 front all years blaster, warrior, banshee. They 89-90 banshee used 4/156 on the rear as well. 4/156 happens to be what all kawasaki sport atvs use on front and rear. 87-88, 91-up banshee and all warriors use 4/115 on the rear. Blasters use 4/100 on the rear all years.

This is from my memory but I would put my life on everything except the early warrior rear pattern.
