Default rubicon shocks

I heard you can adjust the shocks on a rubicon from 5 positions. Is this true? has anyone done it?

Your dealer needs to go back to school, the recon,rancher,400,450 and Rubi are all non adjustable.I think the only ones that are is the 300 & 400ex sport quads.

At the bottom of the shocks is 5 marks. I wish I could draw a picture of it for you, but I quess you can turn it and make the shocks softer. I will let you know for sure when and if I get it done, my friend said he did it on a 450es.

Absolutely no adjustment on the original shocks, I think the 5 marks you are refering to is the lower spring retainer. This piece is welded to the housing of the shock. Is it possible that your friend has aftermarket shocks on his 450es.
