IM BUYING A NEW QUAD SOON BUT I WANT A KFX OR A RAPTOR WITCH IS BETTER!!

 

If I had to choose it would be the Raptor! Get a Z400 instead of the KFX.

 

Why would you get a Z over a KFX? Do you like yellow better that Green.

 

Both are good machines in my opinion. The KFX/Z is wider than the raptor, and a little lower so it does handle better. The Raptor, of course, is a bit faster, but it's got 260cc more. If you're a bigger guy, 220lbs+, check out the raptor, it'll have the room you're lookin for. Best thing you can do really, is to take a look at both, RIDE both, then make a decision. If you get a raptor, I'd definitely get a waaaay wider axle to get rid of that tippyness. Good luck.

 

if money is not object..... get the Raptor.... then add a pipe, A-arms, and an axle..... then you will be mostly untouchable, while remaining extremely dependable

if you find good deals, you should be able to do it all for around $7,500

 

i wieght about 100 pounds and want a fast good handling reliable quad so what do you suggest kfx or raptor. of course if i do get a kfx im going to put a fat boy 4 on it but if i got a raptor id put an LRD pipe on it!!

 

At your size the Z would be a better bike, why not the ex?

Go with an EX , master an EX then go for the KFX

 

How old are you first, and whats your rding experience, you seem to be to light for either one.
