Well, I checked it, and it's working fine, already had WOT, guess my dealer didn't know he was supposed to limit it when he assembled it?

 

After everyones helpful advice I checked the throttle cable and sure enough she was only opening about 65% it was turned all the way in so made a few turns and wow what a difference although it was just in the backyard but it really seemed to make a difference. Honda says break in of approximately 15 miles with no full throttle starts. I have ridden really laid back twice now for a total of 3 and 1/2 hours and I love the machine. Makes the old Mojave look pretty tame!! Have a great weekend!
