Default 250R Chassis

I am looking at starting a project 250R. I was wondering what brand of a arms and suspension I should go with. What works best on a 250R? Should I go +2 or +3? I am planning on packing a lot of power into the motor. Probally end up running it on alcohol. I also need a swing arm. I was looking at about +4 inches. What brand should I go with. I was looking into keeping the swing arm and a arms the same brand of course. I also need a set of shocks to work along with all this. I want something that will give me the handleing i need but I don't want to spend over a 1000.00 for a pair for the front. I also need a rear shock. I have heard about this no link system. Is this a better way to go? I heard that Elka sold something like. Any input would be helpful.

Thanks,
Dave

I could comment on Herrman arms because I have them. I bought the 2+1, great fit good finish. It handles like a whole new machine. The best mod I have ever done, I wonder why they didn't come from the factory like this, much safer.

Lonestar always does us good on our chassis components and Wayne from PEP treats us good on our shocks.
