1.7 quarts if draining. 2.0 quarts if disassembled. 1.6 in liters and 1.9

Sounds like 86r got his manual handy. Use the dipstick, don't screw it in to check oil level. run a minute or so and double check. Add to top line.

Thanks- That was the question that i had. I did not know whether to screw it up or not to check the level. Thanks for clearing that up.
