It will run at 90+, but to be on the safe side, I would rebuild at 110. Since the exhaust is bridged it wears quicker than the rest of the cylinder. If you rebuild it before it is totally blown, you can usually just go the next size over. If the bridge is wore down, you usually have to go farther.

There is a thread concerning compression only a few lines down from yours.
