Default swingarm bolt

I have a 88 250r and I can not get the swingarm bolt out so I can paint the frame, what is the trick to getting it out? Also I order a 330 kit from esr and a 39 mm carb with a rad valve and pipe, will this out run my pipe raptor after it's together?

I just had to cut mine out with a sawzall between the frame and swingarm on both sides. I had beat the heck out of it with no luck.

I had to use and airhammer on mine and it came out slick as butter. Nothing else would get it out

007 how did you get the rest of the bolt out of the swingarm after you cut it?

you know anyone who works maintenance at a factory. after i cut mine out friend got it out of crush collars at his job. use helm bushings and 400ex bolt when you put it back together. air hammer is the way to go. i found out to late and used a sawzall.

The 330 should smoke the Raptor.

When you put it back in make sure you grease it up good, but also get some nickel never-seize. It will really make a big difference next time you take it out.

Cut it out. That's what I had to do with mine. You can get a swingarm rebuild kit from www.motojoe.com.

Be a good idea to remove the bolt from time to time to keep it from locking up
