Beadlock question

Default Beadlock question

I have a set of 9" douglas beadlocks and i dont know what to tighten the bolts on the ring to. anyone got any suggestions.?.?

Tighten them until they strip, then back it off 1/4 turn.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I usually just tighten mine with a wrench until they feel tight. I never torque them. If you did, I would say about 15-20ft/lbs. Remember it is in aluminum so use anti-seize.

Default Beadlock question

I'd suggest you contact the manufacturer of your rims and/or the beadlock mfgr. to get the recommended torque specs.
