I was thinking, a person can buy a 85' toyota 4x4 truck and put alot of wheeling stuff on it for $7,000 then ya would have a huge 2000 cc engine quad with heat and air

save your money....buy a rancher for 5200 or less. put the savings in the bank until accesories for the rancher come out. then trick out your rancher and smoke some rubicon butt

if ya smell what the cart is cookin

the rubicon won't even have the new differential......

Rubicon DOES have the new differential, and the new Foreman's will also.
You can't make a 500 4-valve out of a 329 2-valve.
But, the Rancher is a great choice for less money, no doubt.

Hey TxDoc2, where did you find out that the new Foremans will be receiving the new torque sensing differential that the Rancher, and soon to be released Rubicon have? Any idea when the Foremans will be out with this new differential? I'm looking into getting a new Foreman 450 and would love to have that new differential as well.

Thanks

I wrote a letter to Honda of North America at 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA and ask them. Or you can call at 310-783-2000. They have not said if it is 500cc, 490cc, etc. Apparently, they want like the new diff and needed to get them into production for the Rancher and possibly did not have the capacity to make enough for the Rancher and the Foreman at the same time (my opinion, not a fact). It would have to be cheaper to make parts for a single diff than two, also.

The link is www.hondamotorcycles.com/press/index.html or www.hondamotorcycles.com and go to "press" and search for 2000 models, the second result that says 2000 models and you can see pics, hear audio, get specs. (must be motor, not moter)
