Why does Honda offer a 2 year warranty in the UK? In the US Honda only offers 6 months with the option to buy more.

 

I'll explain why I think the UK has a 2 year warranty while the US has 6 months. I was doing a Google search looking for info on any new Honda's and came across a UK Honda site. If you go under
www.honda.co.uk/ a UK Honda site comes up. Click on "power equipment", "atv" and then "why honda"
and it shows a 2 year warranty for Honda atv's in the UK.
