trx250r ignition
In drag only applications the lighter flywheel seems to do well on the honda's. Honda's generally have more torque so they can sacrifice some low end (less inertia on the flywheel) and still run really well, so the lighter flywheeled ignitions seem to do really well. On other bikes like the banshee's they seem to like the heavier flywheels because of the added torque. When you get into the bigger bore banshee's then they like the smaller flywheel.
The esr system comes with tabs on the stator plate that bolts directly down. So stock its a fixed setting for the ignition. You can take the little screws out that hold those two tabs on and slot the plate to increase or decrease your timing. Stock seems to work farily well. Although our methanol 370 liked more advance then the stock plate allowed uncut.
I dont like the msd also for the same reason of the battery
