what do you guys think?

Default Good deal on 400EX???

If it looks good up close (no signs of abuse or wreckage),,and has a good test ride,,,,,I would offer $3300 and go from there.

Ask for more specifics as to why it is for sale, maintinence records, hours, any problems, etc. Take a look at how he keeps the rest of his things, his toys, cars, etc... You can learn a lot about someone by looking in there garage/shop (or inside of their car).

Does that look like the stock plastic.

Anyone got a yellow '01, take a look at this one.

That is stock plastic, and stock tires.
