You could put your name on the list, but that could be the second shipment the dealer is getting. I would make sure you get a paper or something just in case you find one at another dealer, so you could get your deposit back. You can try going to other Honda dealers to see if you could get one faster, or wait till they come out and then try to fide a dealer that has one. I got my 400ex from a dealer out of state, I even got it under list price, although I got it in February. You might have to go over retail price like they were doing on the 400ex. Or you can take the don't get stuck with a first year production quad. That idea works good on Polarises the first year atv's are worse than their regular atvs! Honda tests their atvs better than Polaris, and longer, that is why they hold up better, although they do have minor problems and recalls on a few of their atvs.

I guess im guilty of not wanting a first yr production quad, regardless of who manufactures it.I will admit, the Rubicon sounds very tempting, but it still lacks some of the personal things I look for in a 4x4,like disk brakes, switchable 2wd-4wd,and true 4wd.First yr quads? It does'nt just happen to Polaris either.Honda has the absolute best rep for reliability.I'll wait a yr and see.=====BILL
