My new motor has an ancient FMF Reed Cage.What is the best performing Reed Cage.ESR,V Force,or Pyramid? late,zubbeyboy

 

Esr says that there reed cage makes the most HP but it's like $270 it also has a bulit in spacer. I'm running a V-Force with a prodesign spacer and it seems to work very well. The onlt thing that i don't like about it is it makes alot more HP in top end but you loose bottom end.

 

I don't know the exact details, but one of the 250r secrets is to run a CR reed cage. I have no idea on the year to use. Everyone says their reed cage is the best, but I see first hand the guys with the CR cages winning.....

Im thinking of ordering the ESR Cage since every ESR part i ever ordered has been A+++++.Is a stock CR Cage better? late,zubbeyboy

 

If the cr cage was better why would anybody spend 280 bucks on the ESR cage....

I run the esr cages on the 370 and it works really well.
