I know that the 250R would smoke the Banshee anytime. The 250R is teh greatest four wheeler in the world. It is foolish to think that the Banshee would even come close. Nobody compares to making four wheelers when it comes to Honda.

Yep you are right jexxdemex the Banshee is the biggest peice of crap ever produced...While the 250r is so great that even NASA will base its next space shuttle on the 250r design.

who are you fooling? NASA cant build a quad like the 250r...BTW stock banshee's are extremely slow. I dont see why a 125 wouldnt be able to beat it.

Got that right DaBeech! NASA uses Lockheed Martin as their main contractor... Even if their engineers could build one... thier managers would cut their funding!!! Then blame it on the engineers!!! LOL!!!

THIS ARGUEMENT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS..
Let's face it... both machines are TURDS in stock form in the HP Dept...
And the banshee has never been able to handle like the mighty R... so the $$ you save from buying suspension upgrades, you can spend on BIG BORE!!

Sorry guys there is no way a 250r can bet a banshee I have a 95 banshee and 88 250r I drag the banshee my R won't hold a candle to my banshee even stock for stock banshee is still a little bit faster . R will always get the hole shot but thats it after that the banshee will blow past the R. R is the better bike but not for drag racing .

Default 250r vs. banshee

Hi, I owned an 85 250R. I owned it for 10 years. I just bought a new 03 Banshee.

Here's the deal.

I think the 250R will be quicker off the line and you'll win until the upper middle half of third gear aybe fourth. Honestly I think a 250R WOULD SMOKE A STOCK Banshee. It was made to be fast as a stock bike. I rode it very aggressivly for 10 years with a lot of upgrades.

The Banshee is presented as a race bike but if you want to get some snap out of it you have to start upgrading it. New pipes help a lot. I think the new RACE ATV'S are a lot heavier than the 250R.

I want another 250R.
yOU'LL MOST LIKELY TAKE THE HOLL SHOT BUT YOU CAN'T OUTRUN THE bANSHEE IN THE UPPER GEARS.

gOOD LUCK LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKS OUT...

A honda can outrun a banshee in the upper gears. Depends on the type's of motors being ran.
