hey, ihave a 02 rubicon and i havnt seen anyone with the locker but i havnt really needed it and ive gone just about everywhere a atv can go, dep water, deep mud, big rocks, you name ive done it. I dont think the locker will make much of a difference esspecially for the money that it will cost. you probably better served with new skid plates since the stock ones i beat up pretty easily. treat it nice and the honda will last for ever and go anywhere!!!!!!!

i recently added the detroit gearless locker, highlifter un-locker, radial outlaws to my 2001 rubicon. i went to a place close to here and there is a rutted out hill that i had went up the weekend before the mods. i could go up the hill fine but had to pick a line. now i just go, itll climb over anything in the way. one thing i did notice is when your going slow in low and you need to turn the wheel you can feel a lot of torque steer. but it was worth my money and would do it again tomorrow if need be. the radial outlaws ride like the OEM tires that were on it when i bought it and they grab traction like you wouldnt believe. hope this helps some.

When and if you need a locker you will be glad you have it, there are many times that all four spinning and not just three will make a big difference.
