Default Rincon Tires

I'm looking at buying a new Rincon and was womdering if changing the stock radial tires will change the performance on the bike? What might a good tire to change over to be? I mostly will be using the bike in the northern muskeg and bogs.

Thanks

If you are doing pure mud riding the highlifter outlaws are the best. Go to www.highlifter.com for more info about them. I suggest you join the forum it is the best for utility bikes and there are a few people that have some modded rincons.

Default Rincon Tires

Hey thanks for the info 01redrecon. I was looking at four tri-claws 27" all the way around but not sure? I still have to get the bike yet, I'll be going out to test ride one in two weeks when my Dad comes to visit from Nova Scotia. I see that after some looking there are a lot of different tires on the Rincon, but not many acessories yet.

Thanks for the info

Default Rincon Tires

I run 27 inch Blackwaters that are 9 inchs wide on my Rincon. I find the narrow tall tires go better in the deep snow of Colorado and packed mud in the river bottoms of Kentucky. The tall narrow tires seem to penetrate down through the fluffy snow on top to the more packed snow lower down, get bearing and go on. The mud acts much the same. The wider tires seem to spin on top of the snow or mud and no forward progress made. I was told I could use the 27 inch tires with no problem, but over that lift kits would have to be installed. I don't know how the muskkeg would act, compared to the snow or mud. Someone else who post on this forum ran 27 inch 589's and liked them. They will probably be my next tires. Good riding.
