400ex tie rod ends on 250r

I was wondering if 400ex tie rod ends will fit on 88 trx 250r tie rods . It is time for new tie rod ends and the 400 ex are quite a bit cheaper than the 250r ones. by the way I have siock tie rods and a-arms.

They should because I am running 400EX tie rods on my 300EX and I used the tie rod ends that were on the 300EX originally. I do believe that the 250R ones are the same size and thread pitch.
