what would win................stock vs stock.......z400 vs 400 ex........?

 

Z-400 easily. Been there, done that many times, even with Z-400 {me} carrying my 239 lb butt and 175 lb riders on 400exs. Even through third gear then the Z runs off. Not a big runaway but enough to be sure!

My Z went to the la udnes and I was smokin ex's and it was great third gear is where its at on the Z goin up a hill I was kickin end I was lovin it

 

the Z does pull away. we went up north, and the KFX was smokin ex's. they were both piped. it was a funny day, the piped ex's were smokin piped rappy's. and the z'kfx were beatin everything else. except nick on his shee. but thats a different story.

the Z is 398cc and the EX is 397cc. 1 cc difference.

 

Indeed. for only having 1cc extra (which doesnt matter), the Z Completely smokes the EX. im not bashing the EX at all, i think it is a good sport quad, but the Z is just much more Advanced, and for the Same exact price, it is a much better Buy.
