My friend has a ForemanES and we want to know how to get rid of the rev limiter...or maybe buy something to replace it.

We took the the 4-wheel drive off....and what a difference it makes...all that power to the rear wheels!!!Now we juust want it to go over 47 MPH!
It only can accelerate hard now!!

Any advice would help!!

If you choose to somehow remove the limiter, do not run it faster than 50MPH for long. Contuniud use abouve the rev limiter will result in engine damage. The oil pump cannot feed oil fast enough and you will most likely loose a rod. Removing the limiter is used to reach a shift point where you are only abouve the redline for a few seconnds at most. Write bros has limiter-less coils for XR's and 400EX's but I have never seen one for a Foreman. good luck and dont kill the engine
