Default oil in airbox

No thor, the reason for the procedure for checking oil is the dry sump crankcase. the rancher is the like the rincon, rubicon, 400ex except the oil tank is INSIDE the cases. oil is pumped from the reservoir to the engine cavity and back to the reservoir, that is the reason for letting the oil level stabilize by idling for five minutes before checking. thanx for the support Cluby.

Default oil in airbox

after the first oil change( i do my own) there hasnt been any oil in the airbox, when there was however it was bitter cold here, -40 to -50 sometimes without windchill im guessing that with the cold temps, maybe i didnt let it warm up long enough, and it being new and all it is nothing to really worry about, i have 1500kms on it now, waiting for some mud but there is still lots of snow

Learn something new everyday! Why does it do it when the oil is changed also?
