One final Rincon question

Those racks that are fitted front and rear,
are they painted metal,
or aluminum?

i assume that you are asking aobut the silver racks on the red rincon. they are painted that way.

 

they are definitely painted. they feel too lite to be metal, but I could be wrong. they feel like aluminum, but they are tougher than the specs give them credit for. my 200 lbs can stand on them and jump off them when I'm trying to get out of fender-deep mud and have to hook up the front. they are only rated for 60 or 80 lbs.....somewhere in there, but they are much sturdier than that. I know they are painted because I have knocked a good bit of the paint off of my back racks. If it starts to rust I'll know it's metal.
