im lookin to buy a quad in the next two months and im going to be getting a 500-650. my dad is going to use it to plow snow and maybe some light work. and im going to go on the trails with it....is the rincon a good quad? ive heard some good things about it. is it a good hillclimber? and does it live up to honda's reliable name?

I have had my Rincon since November and LOVE IT!!!! It just gets stonger the more miles you put on it. For example: When I first got it, I could barely lift the front tires off the ground. At about 150 miles, it felt like I had put a new engine in it and I could ride wheelies. At 350 miles, it feels as if I put ANOTHER new engine it and can pop and ride wheelies all over the place. And that is with 27" 589's!
I HIGHLY recommend the Rincon to ANYONE wanting a powerfull, comfortable, reliable ride capable of plowing and other utility work.
Ditch the stock tires and get some aftermarket right away tho, stockers suck.

i would have to agree. i love the Rincon and now have 850 miles with no problems and plenty of power. in the desert the dires do alright but the definately seem to wear fast and dont do very well in the mud (but i dont see much of that in Arizona). I have not modified it as of yet with the exception of making it street legal so those are 850 stock miles in a little less than 3 months.
