250r calipers

I just bought some baldwin hubs for my 250r and I had to get new spindles for it. I was wondering if my 86-87 calipers would fit on the new spindles. Also who makes a good hood for it??

250r calipers

Are the spindles you have 250r spindles? If so the answer is yes, because 250r calipers are interchangeable through all years. If you have 400ex spindles, which is a popular mod, then the answer is no unless some of those expensive brackets are bought.

why not have a fab shop make them>? could be less cheaper
