I just want to know what you think are the top speeds of the all time high performance quads?

My opinions:
DS650:80
Banshee:76
250R:72
LT250R:71
400EX:68 but with throttle adjustment 70

 

are U talking stock???? I think my moded 250r will do maybe 75 and my dads moded qaudzilla can do maybe 80 on a good day. my 300ex 55 and my warrior 57 I do not have any radar #'s but I feel I am not going over.

my stock 300ex will run about 55.

 

My stock Blaster will do 60mph.

 

I was clocked at 74 on my 400ex, but i do have a couple mods plus I only weigh 120lbs

down the road beside a streetbike I was clocked at 87 mph top end, I have an 1986 ATC250R with just a pipe on it. its fast!

I hav run on the salt flats next to I-80 and ran with traffic 75-80 mph and salt slows you down. I couldnt get it to rev in high.

Here's dirtwheels figures, take them however you want, because this is also the same magazine that clocked the scrambler 500 at like 68 mph.

All Stock:
Banshee - 72mph
400EX - 64mph (sounds low to me)
DS650 - 74mph
250R - 70mph

LT500R - rumored to be 79mph, I have no idea other than old rumors. I still think it was the fastest stock quad ever produced.

 

dw must either have brand new quads that aren't broken in or some heavy riders. all those sppeds seem real low

 

i know for a fact that a 400ex will do 71 cause a friend of mine got caught by a count bounty once on it
