Default How do u completely replace a clutch?

howdy...i have a 1992 Honda Fourtrax 250X and i have noticed for the past few months a sort of rattling noise around the left side (when you are sittin on it) of the lower part of the atv whenever the clutch gets to the friction point. It makes the noise when it reaches the friction point and then on after that while i am riding. The noise seems to lessen when the engine heats up. I also noticed that when i put it into first gear and clutch it, the wheels continue to spin when it is jacked up onto blocks. I have never replaced the clutch and am thinkin about doin that. The guy at the dealership said that it might be the springs wearin out: thoughts? What all would that entail? I have never really had to replace anything other than normal maintenence...proof that honda's are reliable and "the best on earth".
