Is the rear shock on the 300Ex rebuildible? Cause I busted mine yesterday and so now its only a spring and I cant jump hardly at all. I would rather rebuild it than buy a new one as I dont have 400bucks laying around.

the 250x 300ex rear shock is not rebuildable but do what i did contanct EASTCOASTATV.COM they have used one for $125-175 depending on what year bike they came off of

 

yeah they are non rebuildable....
to thin in the shock body wall....we cut one up and try to rebuild one.....in the end, i used a shock of similar length off a xr600 and put the spring out of my old shock in (now i have external reseviour and a more adjustable shock :-))....but you best bet is what THEXOTIC1 said.
