Does 70 dollars sound right for regular ground shipping on all around plastic?

I was looking at the plastic from rockymountainatv.com to 03570. It would be the front race, front extensions, and rear.

 

I bought front plastic (full fnders) rear plastic, some cables, some brake pads and something else small last night...forget what it was from rockymountainatv.com and the total shipping charge was $63...thats to a residence in NH.

I shipped a rear fender and seat from CA to New York, $50 for regular ground.
