660 overheating pulling mower!
You might try replacing your coolant with “Engine Ice” or some other equivalent product. Also be sure your radiator is not clogged with mud or grass seed / pollen. Try using low range if you aren’t already (even though the Grizzly doesn’t have trouble pulling a mower in high range). Those 27” 589’s may be working against you when mowing since it’s equivalent to “gearing up” your machine. This along with the slow speeds required when mowing will make your engine work harder (and as a result run hotter). Finally, you can try removing your side panels altogether when mowing to allow maximum air circulation around the engine area...

A lawnmower might do a cleaner job and you will not have overheating issues when going slow, however you will have a lot more fun doing it with an ATV, plus it will be a lot more comfortable (especially with the Grizzly). Ever rode a tractor or lawnmower with suspension and soft seat like the Grizzly has? Plus I feel more secure on hills with my ATV / mower than I do with a tractor / mower or bush hog. The ATV will work better over “soft” (semi-swampy) ground too, as long as the mower doesn’t sink in…

Buy one of those cheap 12 volt clip on Fans, plug it in your accessory outlet and then direct it at the radiator or to the engine to blow the hot air around it away.
I have a Honda Trx 300 air cooled that doesn't over heat using this method and I pull a swisher 50 inch bush hog for hours.

I use our Prairie 350 to pull a rough cut mower. The oil cooler fan comes on quite often and I have been considering putting a switch on it to keep it running full time. I don't think it would over cool the engine and should be really simple to hook up. Looks like all I have to do is hook a switch across the terminals on the temperature sensor.
Maybe this would be an option to consider on your machine.
