660 overheating pulling mower!

It's amazing to me that so many people will try to make a tractor out of an ATV. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize the difference in how horsepower is transferred in a tractor as opposed to an ATV. Sure, you can buy all sorts of implements for your ATV and they will work, for a time. Just don't expect it to stand up against such severe loads for very long.
If you're going to plow or mow tall grass or brush, buy something that with a PTO built for high torque and durability.

I have a large lawn tractor, also a tractor and brushhog, and use them all the time. There are many places that you can not safely mow with either of them. An ATV with a mower can easily take care of many of those places. Tractors can be deadly on uneven ground. Lawn mowers are one wheel drive, and will not go anywhere.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to go racing down a steep slope on a tractor, totally out of control. That, instead, would be a crash test dummy.

I had an overheating problem with my 2003 Grizzly as well when trail riding it. After tearing into it this past week, I found that I was not getting the radiator completely clean when washing it after riding through deep mud. From what I could see from the outside of the machine it looked clean, but after removing the radiator I found that it was still plugged with mud just inside of the fan shroud on both the left and right sides. I am putting Engine Ice in it when I put it back together this week, just to help keep it running kool.
