whats a fisher ?

 

Isn't it kind of a uhhh.....catlike predator, about fox-sized?

I believe anyway. They don't have them here in the midwest so I've never seen one firsthand, but I think I have on TV.

I've seen a lot of things in the woods, but never a fisher. So clue us in exactly what is a fisher?I've seen a lot of funnythings in the woods (sunbathers, couples, singles , lost drunks and stoners) and some very un-funny things, but in their own way verrrrry interesting.

 

A fisher is a member of the weasle family. The look like a large mink, ferret, weasle . Short legs, long body, dark brown.

 

so... they resemble a badger with out the white stripes

man, i just read my post over and it sounds like something from a movie. i still have a picture of that weird guy in my head. at least he didnt look like a murderer or else id have a ton of nightmares. lol. mabe it was just a guy that was gunna go fishing or sumthing.... but who the hell goes fishng alone at night?
