Any body tried the Sims vibration dampener?

Any body tried the Sims vibration dampener?
I want one of the new vibration rings that go on rifle barrels to soak up vibration. They claim that they drasically improve accuracy, and I think that you can get them for under $20. That could be one of the cheepest accuracy improvements ever. What do yall think?
